Indian Ace shuttler Kidambi Srikanth was knocked out in the round of 16 of the World Championships 2019 and PV sindhu advances.

Kidambi Srikanth Crashes out of the BWF World Championship Tournament  on Thursday in straight sets of 14-21,13-21against Kantaphon Wangcharoen. On the same day HS Prannoy the Indian shuttler who won against Lin Dan in second round lost to Japanese Shuttler kento Momota by 19-21,13-21.

Earlier the other Indian shuttler B Sai Praneeth played a remarkable badminton and stunned world no 8 Anthony Sinisuka Ginting to enter the quarter-finals on Thursday.

In women’s singles, the Indian Ace shuttler P V Sindhu gave yet another explendid performance and won against Beiwen Zhang of United States in straight sets to progress to the quarterfinals of the Badminton World Championship. In the other match, Saina Nehwal knocked out of the tournament after losing to Mia Blichfeldt by 21-15, 25-27 and 21-12.

PV Sindhu played extraordinary in the 2nd round of Women’s singles and won the match by 21-14 21-6 that lasted for just 34 minutes. Last year in the Indian Open finals PV sindhu had lost to the American opponent.   

Now in the quarterfinals.of world Championship PV Sindhu will face second seed Tai Tzu Ying of Chinese Taipei

Praneeth won against Indonesian shuttler Ginting  by 21-19, 21-13. HS Prannoy failed to continue his momentum against World No 1 Kento Momota of Japan and lost by19-21, 12-21.
